摘要
伴随着科学技术的飞速进步,大数据时代已经来临,必将对物流管理工作产生巨大影响。在大数据背景下,人们对于物流要求逐渐提高,各个物流公司改变传统的物流模式,采用智慧物流模式提高物流管理效率,智慧物流已成为行业发展趋势。采用文献研究法和案例分析法对A公司智慧物流问题进行梳理,主要存在对智慧物流重视程度不高、物流信息安全、应用大数据回报周期长、智慧物流体系不健全以及缺乏专业智慧物流人才等问题。基于这些问题提出解决方法,转变观念,充分使用大数据技术发展智慧物流;利用大数据加强智慧物流人才队伍建设;利用大数据保证物流安全;加强智慧物流信息化建设,帮助解决A公司智慧物流问题。
With the rapid progress of science and technology,the era of big data has arrived,which will have a huge impact on logistics management.Under the background of big data,people's requirements for logistics are gradually increasing,and various logistics companies have changed the traditional logistics model and adopted the smart logistics model to improve the efficiency of logistics management,and smart logistics has become a development trend in the industry.The literature research method and case analysis method were used to sort out the smart logistics problems of Company A,which mainly included problems such as low attention to smart logistics,logistics information security,long return period of big data application,imperfect smart logistics system,and lack of professional smart logistics talents.Based on these problems,propose solutions,change the concept,and make full use of big data technology to develop smart logistics;use big data to strengthen the construction.
