摘要
随着全球电子商务的快速发展,作为电商生态系统中的关键环节,跨境电商物流影响着整个贸易流程和顾客满意度。面对不断变化的市场需求和日益复杂的国际贸易环境,现有的跨境电商物流人才培养模式存在技术技能和岗位需求匹配不足等问题,需要进行系统的构建和优化。胜任力模型提供了一个全面评估和培养人才的方法,可以系统地识别和培养跨境电商物流人才所需的关键能力。文章基于胜任力探讨跨境电商物流人才的培养,以期为跨境电商物流人才培养提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of global e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce logistics,as a key link in the e-commerce ecosystem,affects the entire trade process and customer satisfaction.In the face of constantly changing market demands and the increasingly complex international trade environment,the existing cross-border e-commerce logistics talent training model has the problems of insufficient matching between technical skills and job requirements and the like,which needs to be systematically constructed and optimised.The competency model provides a comprehensive method to assess and cultivate talents,which can systematically identify and cultivate the key competencies required for cross-border e-commerce logistics talents.Based on competency,this paper discusses the cross-border e-commerce logistics talent cultivation,with a view to providing theoretical suggestions for the cross-border e-commerce logistics talent cultivation.
