基于顶驱多种故障分析的设备维保探究

摘要 顶驱是机电液一体化的钻井设备,结构复杂,使用环境恶劣,其故障具有多样性和突发性。由于顶驱在钻井平台运行中扮演着举足轻重的角色,因此加强顶驱各项功能的监测,及时发现设备潜在问题,做到预防性维护就显得极其重要。顶驱故障的解决过程牵涉到机械、电控、液压等方面,属综合性逻辑推理分析,需提高对设备原理的认识。以顶驱工作原理的分析及国产北石顶驱在生产中典型故障的分析为依据,提出顶驱故障分析的种类、原则、方法,以及顶驱维护保养的重点,以便将来发生顶驱设备故障时能够快速找到设备故障的原因,及时解决设备存在的故障问题。 Top drive is a mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integrated drilling equipment with a complex structure.Used in harsh environments,the top drive encounters multiple and sudden failures.Due to the pivotal role of the top drive in the drilling platform,it is extremely important to enhance daily monitoring of its various functions for potential problem identification and preventive maintenance.The process of top drive failure solving is a comprehensive logic analysis,involving aspects including machinery,electronic control,and hydraulic pressure.Therefore,it requires a deeper understanding of the equipment principle.Based on the analysis of top driveworking principle and typical failures of Beijing Petroleum Machinery(BPM)top drive in operation,this paper put forward types,principles,and methods of top drive failure analysis,as well as key points of top drive maintenance to quickly find the cause and solution of equipment failure in the future.
