顶驱技术是石油钻井设备发展的重大变革,而电气系统作为顶驱设备的控制核心,确保顶驱动作有序无误.介绍液压顶驱电气系统软硬件设计及顶驱电控系统对各种信号的处理方法.
The technology of top drive is the significant renovation in the development of oil drilling equipment. Electrical system, as the controlling center of top drive device, ensures the order and accuracy of top drive operation. This paper introduces both hardware and software designs of hydraulic top-drive electrical system and the processing methods of top-drive electrical controlling system to various signals.
