基于自主开发产品风险监测系统的2019-2022年儿童用品伤害事件的特征分析

摘要 目的 分析儿童用品互联网监测伤害案例特征,为制定儿童用品伤害防控策略提供依据。方法 筛选自主开发的产品风险监测系统中2019-2022年儿童用品全国网络伤害案例数据,对产品特征、伤害特征、风险因子等进行描述性统计。结果 2019-2022年互联网监测到的儿童用品伤害案例中,居于前五位的依次是玩具(77.86%)、文具(6.00%)、室外健身器材(5.11%)、儿童车(2.38%)和儿童服装(2.68%)。导致伤害的玩具种类中,伤害案例主要涉及金属玩具(43.13%)、其他玩具(34.79%)、塑胶玩具(13.54%)和弹射玩具(6.56%)。儿童用品的伤害原因以卡住(47.69%)、误吞(38.28%)、滥用(4.3%)为主,3周岁及以下儿童是主要受伤害群体(51.07%),其次是4~6岁儿童(28.26%);发生误吞伤害案例的儿童年龄主要是3周岁及以下儿童(55.21%)。儿童用品的风险因子居于前四位的分别是磁性小部件(28.87%)、孔洞(24.98%)、间隙(23.44%)、小零件(12.49%)。结论 政府监管部门可综合2019-2022年儿童用品互联网监测伤害案例的产品类别、伤害原因、年龄特征和风险因子等特征,制定针对性的监管措施、防控策略和干预措施,减少儿童用品伤害事件发生。 Objective To analyze the injury characteristics of children's products based on Internet Reports,and to provide a basis for developing injury prevention and control strategies for the products.Methods Data of such injury cases from 2019 to 2022 in the product risk monitoring system were collected and analyzed for their characteristics and risk factors.Results The top five cases of the reported injuries were toys(77.86%),stationery(6.00%),outdoor fitness equipment(5.11%),children's bikes(2.38%),and children's clothing(2.68%).The main cases of injury in toys were metal toys(43.13%),other toys(34.79%),plastic toys(13.54%),and catapult toys(6.56%).The mechanisms for causations were jamming(47.69%),accidental ingestion(38.28%),and abuse(4.3%).Children under 3 years old were the main group affected(51.07%),followed by children aged 4-6(28.26%).The main cases of accidental ingestion injuries were among children aged 3 years and below (55.21%). The top four risk factors for children's products were magnetic small parts (28.87%), holes (24.98%),gaps (23.44%), and small parts (12.49%). Conclusions For effective prevention of the injuries, government authorities shoulddevelop targeted regulatory measures, prevention and control strategies, and intervention protocols based on the productcategories, causes, age characteristics, and risk factors, as discovered in our investigation.
