摘要
针对某车型后盖外板冲压过程出现的开裂、起皱等缺陷,尝试在冲压坯料上预先开设镂空结构来控制冲压过程中局部材料塑性流动。利用有限元模拟分析得出了成形结束的回弹及减薄率结果,分析了局部缺陷形成的原因,经过对预切镂空结构进行两轮迭代优化,并将二次优化后CAE模拟结果与试模件光学扫描结果进行对比分析,获得一致的变形趋势和相近的成形极限曲线。将经过二次优化后的预切镂空方案应用到实际成形模具中,得到了成形质量良好的冲压件。最后利用三维光学扫描设备对稳定生产的产品风险区进行扫描和数据收集,验证了有限元优化方案的有效性。
In view of the cracking,wrinkling and other defects in the stamping process for the outer plate of the rear cover of a certain car type,to control the plastic flow of local materials in the stamping process,pre-cutting hollowing structure was set up in advance on the stamping blank.The results of springback and thinning rate at the end of forming were obtained by finite element simulation analysis,and the causes of local defects were analyzed.After two rounds of iterative optimization for the pre-cutting hollowing structure,the results of CAE simulation after secondary optimization were compared with the results of optical scanning of the test module,and the consistent deformation trend and similar forming limit curve were obtained.The pre-cutting hollowing scheme after secondary optimizations was applied to the actual forming die,and the stamping parts with good forming quality are obtained.Finally,the three-dimensional optical scanning equipment was used to scan the risk area and collect data of the stable production,and the validity of the finite element optimization scheme is verified.
