摘要
目的:分析小儿推拿在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法:将2022年3月—2023年8月于澧县中医医院就诊的儿童106名纳入研究,通过双盲法分为观察组、参照组,各53名。参照组提供常规保健干预,观察组在参照组基础上应用小儿推拿。比较两组生长状况、小儿常见疾病发生情况、家长满意度。结果:干预前,两组体质量、身高、头围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组体质量、身高、头围增大,且观察组大于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组营养不良、呼吸系统疾病、其他疾病发生率较参照组低(P<0.05)。观察组儿童家长总满意度较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿在儿童保健中的应用效果良好,能够促进儿童生长发育,降低疾病发生率,提高家长满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of pediatric massage in children's health care.Methods:A total of 106 children seeking medical attention at LiXian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were included in the study.The children were divided into an observation group and a reference group using a double-blind method,with 53 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine health intervention,while the observation group was given pediatric massage on the basis of reference group.The growth status,pediatric common disease occurrence,and parental satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in body weight,height and head circumference between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the body weight,height and head circumference in the two groups increased,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition,respiratory system diseases and other diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total parental satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric massage in children's health care has good application effects,and can promote children's growth and development,reduce the incidence of diseases,and improve the parental satisfaction degree.
