摘要
目的:探讨心理疏导联合安全护理干预在小儿预防接种中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月于滕州市东郭中心卫生院接受预防接种的180例儿童进行研究,按随机数字表法分组,每组90例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理疏导联合安全护理干预。比较两组儿童焦虑情绪、接种依从性及接种不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,两组活动、语言、情绪表达、明显的警觉状态、对父母的依赖评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组接种总依从率高于对照组,接种不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理疏导联合安全护理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用效果较好,能够改善儿童的焦虑情绪,提高其接种依从性,降低接种不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological counseling combined with safe nursing intervention in children's vaccination.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighty children who received vaccination in Tengzhou Dongguo Central Health Center from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected for the study,and divided into ninety children in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received psychological counseling combined with safety nursing intervention based on the control group.The anxiety,vaccination compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of activity,language,emotional expression,obvious alertness and parental dependence in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling combined with safety nursing intervention has a good effect in children's vaccination,which can improve children's anxiety,improve their vaccination compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
