摘要 该文探讨了智能仓储系统在提升物流效率与降低成本方面的创新应用.通过自动化硬件如机器人拣选、AGV和立体仓库,以及WMS、库存控制和数据分析等信息化平台,配合AI算法与优化调度,智能仓储系统显著提高了空间利用率和货物周转速度,实现了作业流程精简化,同时降低了人力依赖、能耗与库存成本.在供应链管理中,信息共享、增强灵活性与危机处理能力的提高,预示着与物联网、AI等技术融合的未来趋势.智能仓储系统正重塑物流生态,推动供应链向更高效、智能与可持续方向发展,企业应加大投入,把握智能时代机遇,共创供应链新生态. This article explores the innovative applications of intelligent warehousing systems in enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing costs.By utilizing automated hardware such as robotic picking,AGVs,and automated storage and retrieval systems,along with information platforms like WMS,inventory control,and data analytics,coupled with AI algorithms and optimized scheduling,intelligent warehousing systems significantly improve space utilization,cargo turnover speed,and streamline operational processes.They also reduce reliance on human labor,energy consumption,and inventory costs.In supply chain management,these systems promote information sharing,enhance flexibility,and improve crisis management capabilities,indicating future trends of integration with IoT and AI technologies.Intelligent warehousing systems are reshaping the logistics ecosystem,driving the supply chain towards higher efficiency,intelligence and sustainability.Enterprises should increase investment to seize the opportunities of the intelligent era and co-create a new supply chain ecosystem.
