军士预选培训雷达操作类课程实践的“3221”教学模式

摘要 为解决雷达操作类课程实践教学人多机少舱小、人均实践时间短等现实问题,在“分组实践”教学模式的基础上,结合课程教学内容,采取“引接拓容”方法将装备终端界面外联显示,提出雷达操作类课程实践教学“3221”教学模式.教学实践表明:本文提出的教学模式较大程度上拓展了教学容量,提升了教学训练效果. In order to solve the practical teaching problems of radar operation courses,such as too many trainees,insufficient equipment,too small cabins and short per capita practice time.Based on the teaching mode of“group practice”,this paper combines with the teaching content of the course and adopts the method of“leadingout to expand capacity”to realize external display of the equipment terminal interface,proposing the“3221”practice teaching mode of radar operation courses.The teaching practice shows that the proposed teaching mode in the paper expands the teaching capacity to a large extent,and also improves the teaching training effect.
