摘要
超高层建筑靠外墙的钢管混凝土柱及其节点采用外露的布置方式时,现行规范对如何进行有效的防火保护没有明确的规定。本文以某超高层建筑位于室外的钢管混凝土柱连接节点为研究对象,通过FDS模拟计算,确定室外连接节点的最不利升温曲线;在此基础上计算节点的受力情况和耐火性能,提出室外连接节点的防火保护设计方案;最后对连接节点开展实体升温试验,节点的试验结果与理论计算结果非常接近,验证了防火保护方案的有效性。
The current codes have no clear provisions on how to carry out effective fire protection design for external concretefilled steel tube columns and their joints located out of the external wall system for super high-rise buildings.In this paper,the joint of external concrete-filled steel tubular columns in a super highrise building was studied.Based on FDS simulation,the most se-vere temperature curve for the external joint was determined,the mechanical performance and fire resistance rating of the joint were calculated,and the fire protection design of the external joint node was also proposed.Furthermore,fire resistance test was con-ducted to examine the temperature raise of the joint,and the test results align well with theoretical calculations.As a result,the ef-fectiveness of the fire protection for the joint node was verified.
