摘要
以某自行车馆弧形屋顶钢结构建筑为例,运用FDS软件仿真模拟和经验公式计算,分别确定相同场景火灾时的钢结构温度;利用标准方法计算此温度条件下的钢结构屈服强度,分析其与钢结构最大应力之间的关系。研究表明:钢结构火灾时,300℃是最大应力与其屈服强度发生转折的临界温度,高于此温度时,火源上方构件会发生变形失效。
Taking curved roof steel structure of velodrome for example,with the method of FDS and empirical formulas,the temperature of steel structure in the same fire scenewas determined.The yield strength of steel structure under these temperature conditions was calculated by standard method,and the relationship between yield strengh and the maximum stress of steel structure was analyzed.The research showed that 300 ℃ is the transition critical temperature between maximum stress and the yield strength.The steel structure above the fire source will be deformationwhen the temperature is greater than 300 ℃.
