摘要
声发射技术能够监测设备运行过程中产生的声波,通过分析这些声波的传播特性可以准确确定掘进机的位置。基于此,详细介绍声发射技术的基本原理,并通过实验分析该技术在煤矿巷道掘进机定位中的应用效果。实验结果表明,声发射技术不仅能够提供高精度的定位服务,而且能在煤矿巷道掘进过程中实时更新位置信息,有效提升掘进作业的安全性和效率。
Acoustic emission technology can monitor the sound waves generated during the operation of equipment,and by analyzing the propagation characteristics of these sound waves,the position of the tunneling machine can be accurately determined.Based on this,the basic principle of acoustic emission technology is introduced in detail,and the application effect of this technology in the positioning of coal mine tunnel boring machines is analyzed through experiments.The experimental results show that acoustic emission technology can not only provide high-precision positioning services,but also update real-time position information during coal mine tunnel excavation,effectively improving the safety and efficiency of excavation operations.
