摘要
急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是一种高发病率与高病死率的临床危重疾病。近年来众多研究发现,细胞自噬与ALI/ARDS肺部损伤密切相关。肺泡巨噬细胞自噬在ALI/ARDS病程中具有重要调节作用,能够有效干预ALI/ARDS病程。结合文献研究发现,肺泡巨噬细胞自噬调节是减轻ALI/ARDS的重要靶点,能够有效减轻肺损伤。本研究主要对肺泡巨噬细胞自噬在ALI/ARDS中的双重靶向调节作用研究进展进行综述,以期为今后ALI/ARDS的临床治疗提供新的研究思路和方向。
Acute lung injury(ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a clinically critical syndrome with high morbidity and mortality.In recent years,numerous studies have found that cellular autophagy is closely related to ALI/ARDS lung injury.Alveolar macrophage autophagy has an important regulatory role in the course of ALI/ARDS and can effectively intervene in the course of ALI/ARDS.Combined with literature studies,alveolar macrophage autophagy regulation is found to be an important target for alleviating ALI/ARDS,which can effectively reduce lung injury.In this paper,we review the research progress of dual-targeted regulation of alveolar macrophage autophagy in ALI/ARDS with the aim of providing new research ideas and directions for the clinical treatment of ALI/ARDS in the future.
