浊度对地表水总磷测试准确度的影响

摘要 为提高地表水总磷检测数据的准确性,比较了几种地表水前处理方法,并对比不同的前处理对总磷测试的影响,以及过滤水样消解液残渣对测试结果的影响。结果表明,水样浊度小于200 NTU,自然沉降和离心前处理后总磷测试误差在20%,浊度大于300 NTU,自然沉降和离心均无法有效去除浊度干扰;水样浊度小于200 NTU,过滤消解液残渣能够将干扰误差控制在20%。 To improve the accuracy of surface water total phosphorus detection data,several surface water pretreatment methods are compared,and the effects of different pretreatment methods on total phosphorus test are compared,as well as the impact of filtered water sample digestion residue on test results.The results show that the turbidity of the water sample is less than 200 NTU,and the error of total phosphorus test after natural sedimentation and centrifugation pretreatment is within 20%.When the turbidity is more than 300 NTU,neither natural sedimentation nor centrifugation could effectively remove turbidity interference;the turbidity of the water sample is less than 200 NTU,and filtering the residue of the digestion solution can control the interference error within 20%.
