气相色谱-质谱测定邻苯二甲酸酯的提效方法研究

摘要 随着国内外环保法规要求越来越严格,邻苯作为增塑剂中的添加物限制要求小于0.1%,且邻苯严重影响人体健康,因此对其含量进行高效监测管控对于企业有重要意义。本文建立了邻苯二甲酸酯(PAES)十混一的测试方法,优化前处理方法,采用甲苯超声萃取方法快速完成前处理,提高测试效率。标准曲线浓度范围:0.5~4 mg/L,线性相关系数大于0.998,回收率在90%~110%之间,方法检出限为0.021 mg/L,方法定量限为0.070 mg/L,可提高邻苯二甲酸酯的检测效率。本文中“十混一”方法的研究应用可以提高企业内部的监控效率,以及减少实验室耗材及化学试剂的使用,达到提效降本的目的。 With the increasingly stringent environmental regulations at home and abroad,the restriction requirement of phthalates as additives in plasticizers is less than 0.1%,and phthalates seriously affect human health,so efficient monitoring and control of its content is of great significance for enterprises.A test method for phthalate(PAES)-10 mixture was established.The pretreatment method was optimized,using toluene-methanol ultrasonic back extraction method can quickly complete the pretreatment.Standard curve concentration range was 0.5 to 4 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998.The recovery rate was between 90%and 110%,method detection limit of 0.021 mg/L.The limit of quantification was 0.070 mg/L.It could improve the detection efficiency of phthalates.The research and application of“ten mixed one”method could improve the internal monitoring efficiency of enterprises,reduce the use of laboratory consumables and chemical reagents,and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and reducing cost.
