摘要
膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是临床常见的慢性疾病之一,主要表现为膝关节的疼痛、肿胀、僵硬以及活动受限,重则致残或瘫痪。中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎历史悠久,具有较好的疗效,且毒副作用相对较小,近年来受到了广泛关注。本文基于本痿标痹理论,将中医对KOA病因病机的认识进行汇总,并对中药外敷、中药熏蒸、中药塌渍等方法治疗膝骨关节炎的相关临床研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗KOA提供可靠依据。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is one of the common chronic diseases in clinic,mainly characterized by pain,swelling,stiffness,and limited mobility of the knee joint,and in severe cases,disability or paralysis.The use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment methods to treat knee osteoarthritis has a long history,with good therapeutic effects and relatively small toxic side effects,and has received widespread attention in recent years.This article summarizes the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of KOA based on the theory of impotence and paralysis.It also reviews the clinical research progress on methods such as external application of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,and soaking of traditional Chinese medicine to treat knee osteoarthritis,providing reliable evidence for the clinical treatment of KOA.
