低蓝光的白光LED制备与评价指标修正

Preparation and Evaluation Indicators Modification of Low-Blue Light White LEDs

摘要 基于GaN基蓝光LED激发荧光粉制备的白光LED已取得广泛应用,然而,照明光源中蓝光成分对人体健康、昼夜节律的影响逐渐受到关注。针对蓝光伤害问题,提出了修正后的蓝光危害占比指数(B_(mr)),以更合理地评估白光光源的蓝光危害指标;针对夜间照明用白光LED对人体昼夜节律的影响,使用商用蓝/紫光LED系统研究了激发波长、以及荧光粉种类和配比对暖白光LED的健康、护眼指标的影响。研究发现,基于410 nm波长紫光LED制备的暖白光LED光源的B_(mr)和褪黑素敏感区间光功率占比指数(M_(r))分别仅为4.2%和9.2%,接近于卤素灯的水平,显著优于商用高品质暖白光LED,为夜间低蓝光舒适护眼、低褪黑素干扰的健康照明提供了新选择。 White LEDs prepared based on GaN-based blue LED excitation phosphors have been widely used.However,the effects of blue light in lighting sources on human health and circadian rhythms have gradually attracted attention.For the problem of blue light damage,a modified blue light hazard proportion index(B_(mr))was proposed to more reasonably evaluate the blue light hazard metrics of a given white light source.Regarding the impact of white LEDs used for nighttime lighting on human circadian rhythms,the commercial blue/violet LEDs system was used to investigate the effects of excitation wavelength,and phosphor types and ratios on the health and eye-care metrics of warm white LEDs.It is found that the warm white LED light source prepared based on a 410 nm wavelength violet LED achieves B_(mr) and light power of melatonin sensitive region proportion index(M_(r))values of only 4.2%and 9.2%,respectively,which are close to the levels of halogen lamps and significantly better than those of commercially available high quality warm white LEDs.This provides a new option for low blue-light,comfortable,eye-friendly and low melatonin-interference healthy nighttime lighting.
