摘要
农村青年的社会心态映射着农村青年群体的价值观和行为方式。农村青年作为时代发展的主力军,是推动乡村发展的中坚力量。引导他们形成积极向上的社会心态,对于促进农村青年成长成才、推动乡村全面发展具有重要意义。根据CGSS2021年的调查数据分析农村青年社会心态的现状及影响因素,发现农村青年群体的社会心态总体情况良好,主要受个体因素、家庭因素和社会环境因素影响。为促进农村青年的社会心态更好发展,政府应通过提高乡村教育水平,提高农村青年的总体收入水平,鼓励和动员农村青年有序参与乡村治理,有效增加其社会公平感、社会信任感、生活幸福感,进而推动乡村社会不断发展进步。
The social mentality of rural youth reflects the values and behavioral patterns of rural youth groups.Rural youth,as the main force of the times,are the backbone of promoting rural development.Guiding them to form a positive and upward social mentality is of great significance for promoting the growth and development of rural youth and promoting comprehensive rural development.Based on the survey data of CGSS in 2021,the current situation and influencing factors of social mentality among rural youth were analyzed.It was found that the overall social mentality of rural youth is good and mainly influenced by individual factors,family factors,social environment factors.To promote the better development of the social mentality of rural youth,the government should improve the level of rural education,increase the overall income level of rural youth,encourage and mobilize rural youth to participate in rural governance in an orderly manner,effectively increase their sense of social equity,social trust,and life happiness,and thus promote the continuous development and progress of rural society.
