摘要
目的:观察五味消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证的疗效。方法:将120例2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者分为两组,对照组60例予降糖常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加五味消渴丸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状缓解情况,检测空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C),计算中医证候积分。结果:治疗组的总有效率为91.66%(55/60),高于对照组的74.99%(45/60)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c均较治疗前降低,治疗后治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组HbA1c与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前降低,HDL-C较治疗前升高,治疗后治疗组TC优于对照组(P<0.05),TG、LDL-C、HDL-C与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候方面,治疗后治疗组咽干口燥、多食易饥、倦怠乏力、口渴喜饮、气短懒言、五心烦热、心悸失眠等临床证候改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五味消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者,可有效降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,缓解临床症状。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wuwei Xiaoke pill(五味消渴丸)on Qi(气)-Yin(阴)deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:120 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group received routine treatment for lowering blood sugar,and the treatment group received Wuwei Xiaoke pill on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The remission of clinical symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment was observed,fasting blood glucose(GLU),2h postmeal blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured,and TCM syndrome scores were calculated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.66%(55/60),which was higher than that of the control group(74.99%,45/60)(P<0.05).After treatment,GLU,2hPG and HbA1c in both groups were lower than those before treatment.After treatment,GLU and 2hPG in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in HbA1c between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment,high-density HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,and total cholesterol in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TG,LDL-C,HDL-C compared with those of the control group(P>0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome,after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms such as dry throat and dry mouth,overeating and easy hunger,fatigue and weakness,thirst and drinking,being short of breath and reluctant to speak,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,palpitation and insomnia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuwei Xiaoke pill can effectively reduce blood sugar,improve insulin resistance and relieve clinical symptoms in
