摘要
思政课教师实践研修成果,有助于思政课教师做到政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广,增强思政课生动性、趣味性、时代感与说服力,提升思政课教师教研与科研质量。目前,思政课教师实践研修及其成果的质量不高,运用意识和能力不足,转化制度与机制不健全。因此,为充分实现实践研修成果的价值,要提高思政课教师实践研修及其成果的质量,提升思政课教师运用实践研修成果的素养,健全思政课教师实践研修成果转化的制度与机制。
Practical training results from ideological and political theory course teachers will help these teachers to have strong political awareness,profound feelings,innovative thinking,and broad vision,enhance the vividness,savor,sense of the times,and the persuasiveness of the ideological and political theory course,and improve the quality of teaching research and scientific research of these teachers.Currently,the quality of the practical training for ideological and political theory course teachers and the results is not high,the utilization consciousness and ability are insufficient,and the transformation system and mechanism are not sound.So,in order to fully realize the value of the results of practical training,it is necessary to improve the quality of the practical training for and the results from ideological and political theory course teachers,improve their literacy in using the results of practical training,and perfect the system and mechanism for the transformation of their practical training results.
