摘要
随着高校学生规模扩大和学生需求多样化,传统档案管理模式面临信息不对称、流程烦琐等挑战。因此,构建高效、便捷的档案服务平台成为迫切需求。“一站式”服务是高校学生事务管理工作的创新举措,是高校坚持“以生为本”理念的具体实践。文章通过探讨档案服务平台嵌入高校“一站式”学生事务中心的模式,分析了该平台在提高服务效率、优化用户体验方面的优势,结合档案服务平台的功能与特点,重点分析了档案服务平台在“一站式”学生事务服务中的嵌入方式、实现的技术手段,并在此基础上提出了优化路径建议。
With the expansion of students scale and the diversification of students'needs,the traditional archive management model is facing challenges such as information asymmetry and cumbersome processes.Therefore,building an efficient and convenient archive service platform has become a pressing issue.In this context,one-stop service has emerged as a new mode in the management of student affairs,which was a beneficial practice of universities adhering to the concept of“student-centered”.To this end,the article explores the model of embedding the archive service platform into the“one-stop”student affairs center,analyzes the advantages of the platform in boosting service efficiency and optimizing user experience,and combines the functions and characteristics of the archive service platform to discuss its embedding means and technical means in the“one-stop”student affairs service.Based on this,optimization suggestions are put forward.
