摘要
教育数字化转型背景下,高校学生数字化服务体验是重要的场景之一。以西安欧亚学院为例,基于“以学生为中心”思路,研究面向新时代大学生,如何更好地用信息化、数字化支持和驱动学生工作,促进学生发展。在具体实践中,西安欧亚学院紧紧围绕“以学生为中心”的理念,努力实现从招生、迎新、学生管理、第二课堂、实习实训、创新创业、就业离校到校友管理的全生命周期场景化服务,为学生学习和生活提供一体化的综合服务,同时结合学校一站式服务大厅和大数据分析平台,为学生发展与成长提供全方位、全流程的综合服务。
Under the background of digital transformation of education,the digital service experience of college students is one of the most important scenarios.Taking Xi'an Eurasian College as an example,based on the idea of“student-centeredness”,we study how to better support and drive student work with informationization and digitization for the development of students in the new era.In specific practice,closely focusing on the concept of“student-centeredness”,Eurasian College strives to realize the whole life cycle scenario service from enrollment,orientation,student management,second classroom,internship and training,innovation and entrepreneurship,employment and departure,to alumni management,and to provide integrated and comprehensive services for students'study and life,and at the same time,combining the school's The one-stop service hall and big data analysis platform provide all-round,whole-process comprehensive services for students'development and growth.
