摘要
莱菔硫烷(Sulforaphane,SFN)是一种天然的异硫氰酸盐类化合物,广泛存在于西兰花等十字花科蔬菜中,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等多种生物活性。脂毒性导致的肾损伤是慢性肾病的重要原因,本文概括SFN对脂毒性致肾损伤的改善作用,为研究十字花科蔬菜防治肾损伤提供理论基础。
Sulforaphane(SFN)is a natural isothiocyanate compound that enriched in various cruciferous vegetables including broccoli,and exists multiple bioactivities including anti-cancer,anti-oxidant and anti-inflammtion.Lipotoxicity-induced renal injury is the main cause for chronic kidney disease.This article reviews the protective effect of SFN on lipotoxicity-induced renal injury and thus provides a theoretical basis for studying the prevention and treatment of kidney injury by cruciferous vegetables.
