摘要
教育与管理是高职院校人才培养工作的两个重要方面,二者都对大学生的全面成长成才起着重要的推动作用。高职院校学生管理侧重于对学生的言行举止、生活习性等进行规范和约束,思政教育与学生管理工作的创新融合对落实立德树人根本任务,贯彻以生为本育人理念,优化人才培养工作,提升高职院校办学治学能力起着至关重要的推动作用。然而,当前高职院校学生管理与思政工作的创新融合还面临着诸多现实困境,高职院校要推动二者协同发力,融合育人,就需要立足现实,加强现实研判,制定切实可行的创新融合发展路径,创新变革融合育人理念、融合育人制度体系、融合育人主体、融合育人手段等多个方面,共同助力学生全面发展。
Education and management are two important aspects of talent training in higher vocational colleges,both of which play an important role in promoting the all-round growth and success of college students.The innovation and overlap of ideological and political education and student management play a vital role in promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality,implementing the concept of student-oriented education,optimizing talent training,and improving the ability of higher vocational colleges to run schools.However,at present,the innovation and integration of student management and ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges are still facing many practical difficulties,and higher vocational colleges need to promote the synergy of the two and integrate education,so as to be based on reality,strengthen realistic research and judgment,formulate a feasible development path for innovation and integration,and innovate and reform the concept of integrated education,the system of integrated education,the main body of integrated education,and the means of integrated education,so as to jointly help students develop in an all-round way.
