摘要
高职学生教育需求问题不仅关乎其个人成长与职业发展,更是国家人才培养和社会进步的重要基石。当前,高职学生教育需求达成过程中面临优质教育资源有限、人才培养模式创新不足、高职学生个性化发展弱化等现实挑战。针对这些挑战,可以通过优化教育资源配置,为满足高职学生教育需求夯实基础;创新人才培养模式,为满足高职学生教育需求注入动能;实施个性教育策略,为满足高职学生教育需求精准助力等策略,助推高职学生向高素质技术技能人才进阶。
The educational needs of vocational college students are not only related to their personal growth and career development but also a cornerstone of national talent cultivation and social progress.Currently,the education of vocational college students faces challenges such as limited high-quality educational resources,insufficient innovation in talent cultivation modes,and inadequate attention to personalized development of the students.To address these challenges,this paper puts forward following suggestions.First,the allocation of educational resources should be optimized to lay a solid foundation for meeting the educational needs of vocational college students.Second,new talent cultivation modes should be created to inject momentum for meeting the educational needs of vocational college students.Third,personalized education schemes should be developed to provide precise assistance for meeting the educational needs of vocational college students and promote the fostering of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
