摘要
采用溶剂抽提紫檀木化学成分,利用气相色谱质谱法进行分离识别。在7种紫檀木抽提物气相色谱质谱中共识别65种物质。檀香紫檀共识别出24种物质,占总含量的69.13%,含量最高的是倍半萜化合物(分子量220),占比为32.88%;其次为紫檀茋,占比为23.89%。印度紫檀共识别出27种物质,占总含量的93.76%,含量最高的是安哥拉紫檀素,占比为73.35%;其次为α-桉叶醇和β-桉叶醇,占比为7.90%。非洲紫檀共识别出18种物质,占总含量的95.95%,含量最高的是高紫檀素,占比为48.22%;其次为紫檀茋,占比为27.42%。大果紫檀共识别出16种物质,占总含量的77.19%,含量最高的是倍半萜化合物(分子量220),占比为41.15%;其次为α-桉叶醇和β-桉叶醇,占比为12.48%。染料紫檀共识别出11种物质,占总含量的96.89%,含量最高的是紫檀茋,占比为94.10%。刺猬紫檀共识别出21种物质,占总含量的97.99%,含量最高的是安哥拉紫檀素,占比为85.52%。安哥拉紫檀共识别出15种物质,占总含量的86.01%,含量最高的是安哥拉紫檀素,占比为69.72%;其次为蓟黄素,占比为4.66%。研究结果可为紫檀木的识别鉴定提供科学依据。
The chemical components of Pterocarpus wood were extracted by solvent extraction and separated and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).A total of 65 substances were identified by GC-MS of 7 Pterocarpus wood extracts.Pterocarpus santalinus identified 24 substances,accounting for 69.13%of the total content,the highest content was sesquiterpene compounds(molecular weight of 220),with 32.88%,followed by pterostilbene,with 23.89%.Pterocarpus indicus identified 27 substances,accounting for 93.76%of the total content,and the highest content was angolensin,with 73.35%;followed byα-eudesmol andβ-eudesmol,with 7.90%.Pterocarpus soyauxii identified 18 substances,accounting for 95.95%of the total content,and the highest content was homopterocarpin,with 48.22%;followed by pterostilbene accounting for 27.42%.Pterocarpus macarocarpus identified a total of 16 substances,accounting for 77.19%of the total content,and the highest content was sesquiterpene compounds(molecular weight 220),with a content of 41.15%;followed byα-eudesmol andβ-eudesmol,with a content of 12.48%.Pterocarpus tinctorius identified a total of 11 substances,accounting for 96.89%of the total content,and the highest content was pterostilbene,with a content of 94.10%.Pterocarpus erinaceus identified 21 substances,accounting for 97.99%of the total content,and the highest content was angolensin with 85.52%.Pterocarpus angolensis identified 15 substances,accounting for 86.01%of the total content,and the highest content was angolensin with 69.72%;followed by cirsimaritin with 4.66%.The results could provide a scientific basis for the identification and characterization of Pterocarpus wood.
