摘要
针对带式输送机的皮带跑偏问题,基于SolidWorks三维建模软件研发出一套能够自动纠正皮带跑偏的全自动皮带纠偏系统,并采用ADAMS动力学分析软件对纠偏机构及皮带建立虚拟样机模型,进行模型联合仿真。结果表明,所设计的皮带纠偏系统可以有效地对运行中的皮带进行纠偏,降低带式输送机的跑偏发生率。该研究结果为皮带自动纠偏系统的设计和优化提供了理论参考。
Aiming at belt deviation problem of belt conveyer,an automatic belt deviation correction system is developed based on SolidWorks 3D modeling software,and ADAMS dynamic analysis software is used to establish a virtual prototype model of the correction mechanism and the belt for model co-simulation.The results show that the belt deviation correction system can effectively correct the belt deviation in operation and reduce the incidence of belt deviation.The results provide a theoretical reference for the design and optimization of belt automatic correction system in the future.
