摘要
针对矿用带式输送机在工作过程中容易发生皮带跑偏的现象,设计研究了一种自动纠偏系统。通过对传统的托辊架结构进行优化改善,使其在电动机的驱动下经过蜗轮蜗杆机构能够在对称位置进行旋转,进而实现皮带纠偏。创新性地提出了一种皮带横向位置检测方法,有效规避了皮带横向位置检测的难题,测量结果精度较高。将自动纠偏系统应用到DTL120型带式输送机中,在长达1年时间的运行过程中,带式输送机没有出现跑偏问题。
Aiming at the phenomenon that belt deviation is easy to occur in mine belt conveyor, an automatic correction system is designed and studied. Through the optimization and improvement of the traditional roller frame structure, it can rotate in symmetrical position through worm gear and worm mechanism under the drive of motor, and then realize belt correction. An innovative method of belt lateral position detection is proposed, which effectively avoids the difficult problem of belt lateral position detection, and the accuracy of measurement results is high. Applying the automatic correction system to the DTL120 belt conveyor, the belt conveyor does not have the running deviation problem during the running process of up to one year without belt deviation fault.
