摘要
目的 探讨基于胜任力导向的案例式教学对口腔科带教实习生的应用价值。方法 选择我院2020年5月至2023年12月口腔科带教实习生62名,经随机数字表法将其划分观察组和对照组,各31名。对照组予以传统带教模式,观察组予以基于胜任力导向的案例式教学。对比两组考核成绩、临床演练评分、学习兴趣及思维能力、带教满意度指标。结果 观察组实践及理论成绩均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组病情观察、交流沟通、咨询服务、技能操作及人文关怀评分较对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组学习兴趣及思维能力评分较对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组实习生带教满意度较对照组高(P <0.05)。结论 基于胜任力导向的案例式教学应用于口腔科带教实习生能提高带教质量、实习效果、带教满意度,增强实习生能力,增强其学习兴趣和思维能力。
Objective To explore the application value of competency oriented case-based teaching for dental interns.Methods A total of 62 interns in the Department of Stomatology at our hospital from May 2020 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 31 students in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received traditional teaching mode,while the observation group received competency oriented case-based teaching.Compare the assessment scores,clinical exercise scores,learning interests and thinking abilities,and satisfaction indicators of teaching between two groups.Results The showed that the practical and theoretical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in terms of disease observation,communication,consulting services,skill operation,and humanistic care compared to the control group(P<0.05).The learning interest and thinking ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group interns with teaching higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of competency oriented case-based teaching to dental interns can improve teaching quality,internship effectiveness,teaching satisfaction,enhance interns' abilities,enhance their learning interests and thinking abilities.
