摘要
目的:探究糖皮质激素应用于肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的临床有效性。方法:将2022年4月至2024年1月南阳市中心医院收治的肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者86例以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用肿物切除术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上复合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者临床有效性、炎症因子水平、短期复发情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)–2与IL–6水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者短期复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素治疗肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎具有良好的效果,可有效改善患者的短期复发率,并有利于减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of glucocorticoid in patients with mass granulomatous mastitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with mass granulomatous mastitis admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from April 2022 to January 2024 were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with resection of mass,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with the control group.The clinical effectiveness,levels of inflammatory factors and short-term recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shortterm recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid have a good effect in the treatment of mass granulomatous mastitis,can effectively improve the short-term recurrence rate of patients,and is beneficial to reduce inflammation.
