云龙矮脚鸡全基因组多态位点分析基因挖掘研究

摘要 当前在云南矮脚鸡遗传育种中,可以利用生物信息学工具和已有研究成果进行全基因组多态位点筛选的方法,成功筛选出与矮脚性状密切相关的候选基因,还可以分析这些候选基因在矮脚鸡体型发育、骨骼生长及生长繁殖性能中的关键作用,为云南云龙矮脚鸡的遗传育种提供了有力的理论支撑和实践。通过功能预测和验证,进一步明确了候选基因在矮脚鸡生长发育过程中的功能及作用机制。还探讨了矮脚鸡育种的应用价值,并针对当前存在的问题提出了改进方向和建议,展望了矮脚鸡产业的未来发展趋势,包括遗传育种技术的创新、市场需求的增长以及品种的多样化发展。 At present,in the genetic breeding of Yunnan aijiao chickens,bioinformatics tools and existing research results can be used to screen polymorphic loci across the whole genome,and candidate genes closely related to aijiao traits have been successfully screened.The key roles of these candidate genes in body size development,bone growth and growth and reproduction performance of aijiao chicken were also analyzed,which provided a strong theoretical support and practice for genetic breeding of Yunlong aijiao chicken.Through functional prediction and verification,the functions and mechanisms of candidate genes in the growth and development of aijiao chickens were further clarified.The application value of aijiao chicken breeding was discussed,and the improvement direction and suggestions were put forward in view of the existing problems.The future development trend of aijiao chicken industry is prospected,including the innovation of genetic breeding technology,the growth of market demand and the diversification of varieties.
