摘要
目的研究显微外科手术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(CSOM)中配合中西医结合综合护理的效果。方法选择我院2020年3月-2022年3月收治的86例CSOM患者,均行耳显微外科手术治疗,“双盲法”分基础组(常规护理)、科学组(中西医结合综合护理)各43例,两组疗效比较。结果干预前分析生活质量、睡眠质量无差异,P>0.05;干预后较基础组,科学组SF-36评分更高;PSQI评分更低;科学组满意率(97.67%)高于基础组(83.72%),科学组并发症率(4.65%)低于基础组(18.60%),P<0.05。结论中西医结合综合护理用于耳显微外科手术治疗CSOM中可改善生活质量、睡眠质量,拉近护患距离、减少并发症,值得推崇。
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media(Csom)by microsurgery.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,86 patients with CSOM were treated by ear microsurgery,"Double-blind method"was divided into control group(routine nursing),Observation Group(integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing)43 cases each,the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life and quality of sleep before intervention,P>0.05.After intervention,SF-36 score was higher and PSQI score was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.72%),the rate of complication in the observation group(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%),P<0.05.Conclusion:there is a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can improve the quality of life and the quality of sleep,shorten the distance between nurses and patients and reduce the complications in the treatment of CSOM.
