摘要
目的探究强化心理干预应用于ICU产后大出血患者中对其凝血功能指标、负性情绪的影响。方法选取64例ICU产后大出血患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规组及强化组,各32例。常规组采用常规护理干预,强化组在此基础上采用强化心理干预。比较两组患者的凝血功能、负性情绪、护理满意度。结果护理后,强化组血小板、D-二聚体、血小板聚集率、可溶性P选择素水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,强化组各项负性情绪评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化组护理满意度为93.75%,高于常规组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将强化心理干预应用于ICU产后大出血患者护理中,可改善其凝血功能指标及负性情绪,拉近护患距离,提升护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive psychological intervention on coagulation function index and negative emotion in patients with postpartum massive hemorrhage in IcU.Methods 64 patients with postpartum massive hemorrhage in ICU were selected as the research objects and were divided into a routine group and an intensive group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the intensive group was treated with intensive psychological intervention on this basis.The blood coagulation function,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the platelet,D-dimer,platelet aggregation rate and soluble P-selectin level in the intensive group were better than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion scores of the intensive group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<o.05).The nursing satisfaction in the intensive group was 93.75%,higher than 68.75%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive psychological intervention in nursing care of postpartum massive hemorrhage patients in ICU can improve their coagulation function indexes and negative emotion,narrow the distance between nurse and patient,and enhance nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
