从英语教学探究“中国文化失语症”现象

摘要 随着新时代中国“文化强国”发展战略提出以来,新中国始终将文化建设放在突出位置,中国文化对外传播离不开英语教学的支持,学生是英语教学中的核心受众,我们必须高度重视对他们文化传播能力的培养。然而,在我国英语教育的长期实践中,过度偏重对西方文化的学习与模仿,导致学生虽然掌握了一定的英语知识,但在用英语表达本国文化时却显得力不从心导致学生患上了“中国文化失语症”。本文旨在通过深入剖析英语教育中存在的文化失语症问题,并提出相应的解决策略,以培养学生的正确跨文化交际意识,提升学生的文化认同感以及培养他们的跨文化交际能力,让他们在全球化的大背景下更好地传承和弘扬中华民族的优秀传统文化。 Since the proposal of the“a country with a strong socialist culture”development strategy in the new era of China,the country has consistently placed cultural construction in a prominent position.The dissemination of Chinese culture abroad relies heavily on the support of English teaching.As students constitute the primary force in English education,they should attach importance to the cultivation of their cultural dissemination abilities.However,the long-term focus on English culture learning has resulted in students'inability to effectively express Chinese culture in English,leading to what is termed as“Chinese cultural aphasia”.This article analyzes and explores the problem of cultural aphasia in English education while proposing corresponding strategies to foster students'correct awareness of intercultural communication,thereby inheriting and promoting the outstanding traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
