摘要
目的探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果。方法100例白内障术后干眼症患者根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(玻璃酸钠滴眼液)和研究组(玻璃酸钠滴眼液+普拉洛芬滴眼液),比较两组的疗效、干眼症状、泪液动力学、不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率、BUT、SIt值均高于对照组,干眼症状评分、FL评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普拉洛芬滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症可明显改善患者的临床症状和泪液动力学。
Objective To explore the effect of pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods 100 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were divided into the control group(sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and the study group(sodium hyaluronate eye drops+pranoprofen eye drops)according to different treatment regimens.The efficacy,dry eye symptoms,tear dynamics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and the values of BUT and SIt of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the dry eye symptom score and FL score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and tear dynamics of patients.
