摘要
学科导向的单一专业人才培养体系已无法满足新时代社会发展需求。通过机器人工程专业建设现状分析,得出以专业集群为形态特征的领域工程技术人才培养体系能有效提高人才供给侧与产业需求侧的匹配度,依据产业需求对学科专业动态重构是新工科建设应对新产业技术发展的有效途径。通过对机器人工程专业“先宽后深”的建设主线、“3+1”应用型人才培养模式介绍,为其他高校提供借鉴和启示。
The traditional disciplinary-oriented single-specialty talent cultivation system has become insufficient to meet the developmental needs of contemporary society.Through the analysis of current state of robotics engineering specialty construction,it is evident that the domain engineering and technical talent cultivation system characterized by specialized clusters can effectively enhance the alignment between the supply side and the demand side.Dynamic reconfiguration of the specialties in response to industry demands represents an effective approach for the new engineering to accommodate the emerging industrial technological developments.The introduction of the "first broad then deep" construction approach and the "3+1" applied talent cultivation model for robotics engineering offers valuable insights and reference points for other institutions.
