On the Theoretical Logic and Practical Forms of Promoting the Chinese-style Modernization through People-centeredness

摘要 “以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”是党的二十大报告提出的重大论断。中国式现代化是以人民为中心的现代化,不同于欧美“资本中心”式的现代化。以人民为中心推进中国式现代化,是马克思主义人民观的本质要求、中国共产党的根本宗旨、中华传统民本思想创造性转化与创新性发展的结果;中国式现代化的人民中心逻辑体现为党和国家为人民服务的执政理念、以人民为中心的制度体系、人民至上的政策实践;中国式现代化坚持以人民为中心,开创了人类文明新形态,为其他后发现代化国家提供了经验借鉴。推进中国式现代化必须坚持中国共产党的领导,正确处理人与国家、人与社会、人的物质追求与精神追求、人与自然、中国与世界等方面的关系,助力中国式现代化良性发展。 “To advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese-style modernization”is a major proposition put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of CPC.The Chinese-style modernization is a people-centered modernization,which is different from the“capitalcentered”modernization of Europe and the United States.The people-centered philosophy of Chinese modernization is the result of the essential requirement of the Marxist view of people,the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China,and the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional Chinese people-centered thought.The Chinese-style modernization adheres to the peoplecentered philosophy of governance that serves the people,the people-centered institutional system,and the people-first policy practice.The Chinese-style modernization,by adhering to the people-centered philosophy,has created a new form of human civilization and provided experience for other latecomers to modernize.To promote the Chinese-style modernization,we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,correctly handle the relationship between the people and country,the people and society,the people’s material and spiritual pursuits,the people and nature,and China and the world,so as to facilitate the sound development of the Chinese-style modernization.
