摘要
主要针对1.5mm厚三层X2CrNiN18-7不锈钢板激光搭接焊接过程中激光功率、焊接速度及离焦量对焊缝承载能力的影响进行研究。以激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量为三因素,进行三因素三水平试验,以焊缝可承受载荷、焊缝熔深、焊缝表面熔宽及焊缝搭接处熔宽为指标,研究各工艺参数对焊接质量的影响程度。结果表明:激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量对焊缝承受载荷能力的影响均比较大,具体为激光功率>焊接速度>离焦量,针对焊缝熔宽而言,影响程度依次为:离焦量>焊接速度>激光功率。
This paper focuses on the study of the effects of laser power,welding speed and defocusing amount on the weld bearing capacity during laser lap welding of 1.5mm thickness three-layer X2CrNiN18-7 stainless steel plate.Taking laser power,welding speed and defocusing amount as three factors,a three-factor three-level test was carried out to study the degree of influence of each process parameter on the welding quality,taking weld bearing load,weld depth of fusion,weld surface fusion width and fusion width of the weld lap joint as the indexes.The results show that laser power and welding speed,the amount of focus on the ability of the weld to withstand the load of the influence are relatively large,the specific laser power>welding speed>focus,for the weld melt width,the degree of influence in the following order:the amount of focus>welding speed>laser power.
