摘要
本文以Nb:YAG激光器对汽车用镀锌钢板进行了焊接工艺研究,通过预留板间间隙的激光焊工艺试验,对不同工艺条件下焊接试样的焊缝成形、微观组织及结合强度进行了分析与评价。试验结果表明:预留间隙法可以有效地降低镀锌层在加热过程中的汽化影响,从而获得高质量的激光焊接质量。
This paper describes the process of Nb: YAG laser welding on zinc-coated steel for car body. The weld formation, microstructure and joint strength of the samples under variant laser welding condition was analyzed and evaluated with the method of presetting gap between ihe sheets. The research results indicate that the influence of vapor from zinking layer during laser welding can be decreased effectively with the presetting gap, thereby the high-quality joint of zinc-coated steel sheet can be obtained.
