摘要
为了积极应对学龄人口变化,提高乡村基础教育质量,促进城乡教育优质均衡发展,湖南省教育管理部门决定有序整合撤并乡村小规模学校,着力提高教师教育水平。通过梳理湖南省内乡村小规模学校美育师资队伍建设和发展存在的问题,提出了整合撤并背景下乡村小规模学校美育教师专业发展路径:更新教育理念,保证专业发展有氛围有内驱;统筹整合编制,保证专业发展有时间有精力;加大经费投入,保证专业发展有设备有场地;加大继续教育力度,保证专业发展有平台有机会;完善激励机制,保证专业发展有盼头有希望。
To respond to changes in the school-age population,improve the quality of rural elementary education,and promote high-quality and balanced development of urban-rural education,Hunan Province has decided to orderly adjust and merge small-scale rural schools,and focus on improving the level of teacher education.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of aesthetic education teachers in smallscale rural schools in our province and the main factors that hinder their professional development.It also puts forward the professional development path of aesthetic education teachers in rural small-scale schools under the background of adjustment and merger:to renew the concept of education to ensure the atmosphere and internal drive of professional development;to integrate the enrollment of teachers as a whole to ensure the time and energy for professional development;to increase financial investment to ensure the equipment and venue of professional development;to increase the intensity of continuing education to ensure the platform of professional development;to improve the incentive mechanism to ensure the hope of professional development.
