输灰系统流场优化与节能降耗关键技术研究

摘要 输灰系统是燃煤发电厂中重要的环保设备,其流场优化与节能降耗是当前研究的热点问题。文章分析了输灰系统的流场特性,探索了输灰系统流场优化的关键技术,并对流场优化后的节能降耗效果进行了评估,提出了输灰系统流场优化的实施方案。研究结果表明,流场优化技术能够显著降低能耗,提高输灰效率。 The ash conveying system is an important environmental protection equipment in coal-fired power plants,and its flow field optimization and energy conservation are currently hot research topics.The article analyzes the flow field characteristics of the ash conveying system,explores the key technologies for optimizing the flow field of the ash conveying system,evaluates the energy-saving and consumption reducing effects of the flow field optimization,and proposes an implementation plan for optimizing the flow field of the ash conveying system.The research results indicate that flow field optimization technology can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve ash transport efficiency.
