摘要
880 MW火电机组在运行过程中时常出现省煤器灰斗积灰问题,通过对省煤器灰斗积灰进行现场分析,可知导致问题的主要原因为仓泵进料阀门故障频繁、灰斗下灰不顺畅、输灰管频繁堵塞和输灰效率低。对存在的原因逐一提出解决方案,分别采取仓泵进料阀门改造治理、增加仓泵平衡管及输灰管路助吹器、调整输灰时间、提高输灰效率等治理措施,省煤器灰斗积灰情况得到明显改善。此外,在现有问题治理基础上,提出了省煤器灰斗防止积灰的改进措施,可为存在类似积灰问题的电厂提供借鉴。
During the operation of 880 MW thermal power unit,the ash accumulation in the ash bucket of economizer is often occurred.Through the field analysis of the ash accumulation in the ash bucket of economizer,the main causes of this problem are as follows:frequent failure of the bin pumpfeed valve,unsmooth ash discharge from ash bucket,frequent blockage of ash conveying pipe and low ash conveying frequency.It proposes solutions to each of the reasons for the existence,and takes measures such as reforming and treating respectively the inlet valve of bin pump,increasing the balance pipe of the bin pump and the blowing aids of the ash transportation pipeline,adjusting the ash transportation time and increasing the ash transportation frequency,etc.The ash accumulation in the ash bucket of economizer has been improved.In addition,based on the treatment of existing problems,it puts forward the improvement measures to prevent ash accumulation in the ash bucket of economizer.In addition,on the basis of the existing problems,the improved measures to prevent ash accumulation are put forward,which can provide reference for power plants with similar ash accumulation problems.
