垃圾发电项目焚烧炉炉膛在线清焦技术改造研究

摘要 生活垃圾焚烧发电是国家大力推行,可实现生活垃圾的无害化、资源化、减量化处置,是符合碳减排政策的典型行业。但是随着居民生活水平提高,垃圾热值持续上升,在焚烧炉运行期间炉膛易结焦,特别是辅助燃烧器周围及焚烧炉左右侧墙结焦严重,经常有大焦块自然脱落,有时导致炉排卡死或者损坏,造成非计划停炉。这一问题会影响设备的正常运行,影响锅炉安全环保运行,且对清焦人员存在烧烫伤的较大安全隐患。文章提出了一种清焦器,安装在炉膛第一烟道侧墙,用于定期清理焦块,可避免大焦块对锅炉正常运行的影响,以及降低清焦人员安全风险,并且提升了经济效益。 The incineration of household waste for power generation is vigorously promoted by the country,which can achieve harmless,resourceful,and reduced disposal of household waste.It is a typical industry that complies with carbon reduction policies.However,with the improvement of residents'living standards,the calorific value of garbage continues to rise.During the operation of the incinerator,the furnace is prone to coking,especially around the auxiliary burner and the left and right walls of the incinerator.Large coke blocks often fall offnaturally,sometimes causing the grate to get stuck or damaged,resulting in unplanned shutdowns.This issue will affect the normal operation of the equipment,affect the safe and environmentally friendly operation of the boiler,and pose a significant safety hazard of burns to the coke cleaning personnel.The article proposes a coke cleaner installed on the side wall of thefirstflue of the furnace for regular cleaning of coke blocks,which can avoid the impact of large coke blocks on the normal operation of the boiler,reduce the safety risks of coke cleaning personnel,and improve economic benefits.
