摘要
垃圾焚烧技术是减量化、无害化和资源化处理城市生活垃圾的有效手段之一。目前,焚烧技术以炉排炉技术为主流,但是实践发现,排炉的运行会出现明显的故障,这影响了技术利用的效果。所以,本文依据国内多家采用炉排炉且正式投运的垃圾焚烧电厂调研情况,对炉排炉运行中常见的问题进行成因分析,并分析了具体的处理措施。
MSW incineration technology is one of the effective means to reduce, innocuity and recycle municipal solid waste （MSW）. At present, the main stream of incineration technology is grate fro-hate technology, but in the concrete application of the technology, it is found that obvious faults will appear in the operation of the exhaust furnace, which affects the effect of technology utilization. Therefore, based on the investigation of many garbage incineration power plants in China, this paper analyzes the causes of several common problems in the operation of grate furnaces, and discusses the specific treatment measures.
