摘要
城市垃圾的组成极为复杂,而且随时间和区域的变动亦会有所变动,不像一般燃煤的性质稳定。垃圾焚烧发电厂在连续供料及焚烧的过程中,焚烧炉内的燃烧状态亦时刻变化,呈现出高度的非线性系统特征,对于这样的高度非线性系统,使用常规的P I D控制或一般的数学控制模型均难以达到稳定的控制。为了控制好垃圾燃烧,减少垃圾焚烧过程中二噁英等有害物质的排放。自动燃烧控制系统通过模糊控制理论建立非线性系统内部行为的控制法则,并将技术人员的操作经验及思考逻辑融合于模型中,来达到智慧型控制的目的。通过在我公司业绩工厂的应用,垃圾燃烧自动控制投入率可到8 0%以上,废气排放也达到了欧Ⅱ标准。
the characteristics of the municipal waste are very complicated.In additional,it’s not constant like the coal,but varies from the time and the areas.And also,the combustion of furnace is varies during the process of continuous waste feeding and incinerating.Showing it’s a highly non-linear system.It’s difficult to approach the steady combustion with traditional PID algorithm or normal control model.So,in order to get the steady combustion and reduce the emission of dioxin and other polluted flue gas.The Auto-Combustion Control(ACC) system establishes the interior control rules for the non-linear system with fuzzy algorithm.And the ACC system also integrate the operators’s experience and logics into its model.Through the application in our plant,the Auto-combustion system is very effective,and the emission also approach the European standard.
