摘要
不可靠叙述作为小说文本的一种广义修辞,参与小说的话语建构、文本建构和隐含作者的精神建构。以译者行为批评为研究视角,明确了不可靠叙述的阐释路径,重审了不可靠叙述的类型及其阐释机制。然后根据不可靠叙述小说的具体特征,拓展了“求真-务实”译者行为连续统评价模式中的“求真”“译者行为方式”和“翻译内/外效果”的内涵,从而拟构了“文本-行为-社会”三位一体的不可靠叙述小说外译行为批评范式。为验证该范式的可行性,以《高兴》源文本及其英译本为例加以考察论证,希望藉此深化译者行为批评理论对现代小说外译及其批评实践的指导作用。
As a rhetoric of novels in broad sense,unreliable narration participates in the discourse construction,text construction and the spiritual construction of the implied author.With the guidance of translator behavior criticism,this research illuminates the interpretive approach to unreliable narration and rethinks its types as well as its interpretation mechanisms.Then,in accordance with the specific characteristics of unreliable narrative fiction,this study sheds fresh light on“truth-seeking”,“translator behavior pattern”,“intra-translation effect”and“extra-translation effect”by the“truth-seeking-utility-attaining”evaluative model of continuum.Accordingly,we establish a triad paradigm of“text-behavior-society”for translator behavior criticism particular to the translation of unreliable narrative novels.To testify the feasibility of this paradigm,this study takes Happy Dreams(ST&TT)as its example.It is hoped that this study can promise some light and impetus for modern and contemporary translation of novels at home and abroad as well as translator behavior criticism.
