摘要
随着我国房地产行业的快速发展,电梯行业逐步进入了高速发展阶段。电梯与人们的日常生活越来越密切,安全乘梯事关人民群众的生命财产安全和经济社会的稳定发展。然而,迄今为止,多起电梯轿厢内电瓶自燃的安全事故发生。随着人们对电瓶车的使用越来越广泛,电瓶车自燃事件明显增加。全国各地的特种设备监管部门陆续颁布指令,禁止电瓶车进入电梯,同时要求在电梯门口粘贴相关标语。为了更有效地降低同类事故的发生率,广东工程职业技术学院设计开发了一套电梯外挂设备,该设备能识别电瓶车进入电梯轿厢的行为,并与电梯控制系统联动,使电梯轿门无法关闭,电梯暂停运行,直至电瓶车退出轿厢,电梯再恢复正常运行,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
With the rapid development of China's real estate industry,the elevator industry has gradually entered a stage of rapid development.Elevators are more and more closely related to people's daily life,and safe riding of elevators is related to the safety of people's lives and property and the stable development of economy and society.However,so far,many safety accidents of battery spontaneous combustion in elevator cars have occurred.With the increasing use of electric scooters,their spontaneous combustion events have increased signifi cantly.Special equipment supervision departments across the country have successively issued directives to prohibit electric scooters from entering the elevator,and require relevant slogans to be pasted at the elevator door.In order to reduce the incidence of similar accidents more effectively,Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic has designed and developed a set of elevator external equipment,which can identify the behavior of the electric scooter entering the elevator car and link with the elevator control system,so that the elevator door can not be closed,the elevator is suspended until the electric scooter exits the elevator car,and the elevator returns to normal operation,which has certain application and promotion value.
