摘要
通过梳理我国住宅建设现状,明确研究的背景、意义和目标,以未来好房子应注重实用性与邻里互动为主线,从设计角度探讨未来好房子的概念和构成要素,分析社区发展过程中人们对居住空间需求的升级和邻里互动的作用。在此基础上,提出一种全新的住宅设计体系——高层街坊叠墅,围绕提升空间实用性与互动性、促进邻里交往、完善宜居住宅建筑体系等,提出一系列相关的设计理念和策略,为好房子的设计提供新概念、新思路。
Through combing the present situation of housing construction in China,the background,significance and objective of research are made clear,the main line is that practicability and neighborhood interaction shall be emphasized for future good house,the concept and component of future good house are discussed from the design perspective,and the upgrading of the demand of people to habitable space and the effect of neighborhood interaction in the development process of community is analyzed,high-rise stacked villa as a new residential design system is put forward on that basis,a series of relevant design notion and strategy are put forward around improving space practicability and interaction,promoting neighborhood interaction and perfecting livable residential building system,so as to provide new concept and new thought for design of good house.
