摘要
三元前驱体物料合成过程中会存在一些杂质元素,主要是钠、硫元素,这些杂质元素通过后续洗涤进行去除。本文主要从产品中钠、硫杂质的引人及脱除机理及洗涤过程钠、硫杂质的脱除条件进行研究。结果显示,产品中钠、硫杂质的脱除原理不同,硫的脱除主要为碱洗置换,钠的脱除主要依靠水洗,得出最佳水洗温度为75℃,最佳碱洗温度为85℃并对合成设备扩容改造后,物料反应时间延长了,为合成阶段包覆硫杂质的脱除提供充分的时间,源头上实现产品硫杂质含量5.4%的降低。
There will be some impurity elements in the synthesis process of ternary precursor materials,mainly sodium and sulfur elements,which are removed by subsequent washing.In this paper,the introduction and removal mechanism of sodium and sulfur impurities in products and the removal conditions of sodium and sulfur impurities in washing process were studied.The results show that the removal principles of sodium and sulfur impurities in the products are different.The removal of sulfur is mainly alkali washing replacement,and the removal of sodium mainly depends on water washing.The best washing temperature is 75℃,and the best washing temperature is 85℃.After the expansion and transformation of the synthesis equipment,the reaction time of the material was extended,providing sufficient time for the removal of the coated sulfur impurities in the synthesis stage,and the sulfur impurity content of the product was reduced by 5.4%at the source.
